The room was huge and new-fashioned! The staff was efficient and always on disposal. The breakfast was marvellous and VERY GOOD, the check in was smooth. The hotel was in a favourable and ideal position near downtown. I randomly popped in Starbucks serving some pastries, located just a short stroll away from the venue, it was nice.

They have a nice variety of options for breakfast that are delicious. the staff is efficient and attentive, allowing for early check-in if needed. the location is good and ideal, just a 10-minute walk from the Wangjing South subway station 🚶.

Its location within a close distance from Zhu Bingren Art Museum was particularly good.

Impeccable Service and Comfortable Rooms

During my recent stay at Crowne Plaza, I encountered an issue with the room being too hot and the air conditioning not working properly. However, the attentive staff immediately addressed my concern and provided a fan to cool down the room. The spacious and well-equipped room with a variety of pillow choices ensured a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a decent spread, although more Chinese dishes would be a nice addition. Despite these minor setbacks, the service provided by the staff was absolutely exceptional, making me feel valued and well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and comfortable rooms.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was one of the best I've had in China, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The rooms were beautiful and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel facilities, including the executive lounge, were top-notch. Additionally, the hotel granted us a late check-out, making our experience even more enjoyable.

The internet connection in the hotel is poor, especially for business travelers relying on VPN to connect.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience with its exclusive amenities. the service was impeccable, especially at the Spa & wellness centre and indoor swimming pool. the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi were well maintained, and the spa lounge and treatment rooms were relaxing and well equipped. the beauty treatments were professional and of a high standard. the hot spring bath and heated swimming pool were also a treat.

One minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas or shaded areas around the outdoor pool and sun terrace, making it difficult to spend extended periods in the sun. However, the sun loungers were comfortable and plentiful.

Received complimentary room upgrade upon arrival and staff were friendly. Convenient location, close to public transportation. Gym facilities were nice and well-maintained.

The room temperature control was locked at a high temperature and maintenance work started early in the morning. The laundry service was persistent despite our late checkout request and the late checkout offer was not communicated in a timely manner.

I recently enjoyed a delightful stay at Crowne Plaza Beijing Lido. Our visit lasted for a few days, and from start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, with excellent English skills. The facilities were superb, including the well-maintained pool and its amenities. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large, luxurious bed that felt like sleeping on a marshmallow. The breakfast provided was absolutely superb, with a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had a pleasant aroma throughout. The location may not be ideal for those wanting to be in the city center or near the airport, but there are plenty of nearby options for coffee shops, restaurants, and attractions like Arts District 798.
